    Castellina in Chianti

    For our Tuscan cooking, we source all of our ingredients locally in Castellina and support the practices of sustainable farming and agriculture.

    The cuisine we offer combines a respect of the local ingredients and traditions with an innovative twist and a continuous search for km zero products.

    We grow the aromatic herbs and vegetables on the property garden, we press our own olive oil from our olive groves, and we make our own organic wine from our vineyard.
