Our organic winery offers twelve bedrooms in three different categories, ranging 21 to 55 m² in size, which all enjoy splendid views over the surrounding countryside. Elegantly furnished, the rooms have been designed to render your stay intimate and comfortable. Wooden floors, beamed ceilings, pastel colors, precious fabrics and furniture designed by a Florentine artisan chosen exclusively for these rooms, create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.

DetailsWhile fully ripened and healthy grapes are essential to obtain an optimum product, the wine cellar also represents an equally delicate phase of the wine production. The grapes of each vineyard are harvested and processed separately. The fermentation, which is actioned by indigenous yeasts, takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
